On June 1st, Here For You Concierge celebrates nine years of providing concierge support for busy families throughout the Lehigh Valley. What began as a small business built on helping people solve everyday problems has grown into something much bigger: trusted relationships, meaningful support systems, and a company centered around making life feel lighter for the people we serve.

We began with a simple goal: help people have less stressful lives. After watching family members struggle to keep so many balls in the air, we wanted to create a business that could provide support when it was needed most. We thought our business would focus on helping people with one specific type of task, but our clients kept bringing us new and different challenges to solve.

Big and small, we tackled one project at a time, put one foot in front of the other, and continued learning how we could best serve the people who trusted us. Nine years later, it feels like a dream come true to still be providing such unique services that support clients through so many different areas of life.

Over the last nine years, we’ve had the privilege of helping women, men, and families through some of life’s busiest, most overwhelming, and most meaningful seasons. We’ve supported clients while they built businesses, cared for aging parents, raised children, navigated grief, relocated homes, pursued creative dreams, and balanced careers with everything else life demands.

Along the way, we’ve learned that every client’s situation is unique. No two families, households, or businesses operate exactly the same way. What remains consistent is that people often need a trusted resource who can step in, solve problems, and help move important projects forward.

Built Around Real Life

Throughout these last nine years, we have always put the focus on YOU and the problems we can help you solve.

Some projects have been simple, like helping with customer service calls, organizing paperwork, meal prep support, or catching up on several weeks of laundry. Others have been far more complex, including helping clients purchase buildings, coordinate business moves, preserve generations of family history, and navigate major life transitions.

Our clients have included stay-at-home parents, C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, widows, divorcees, creatives, retirees, and busy professionals throughout the Lehigh Valley. In many cases, we’ve worked with entire families over the years, supporting adult children and their parents alike as trusted extra hands during stressful or transitional seasons.

Professional women, and especially working mothers, are doing more now than ever before, and it’s a conversation that deserves attention. Many of our professional mother clients are working from sunup to sundown, balancing careers, children, households, and countless responsibilities. We are honored to play a small role in supporting their success.

Growing up, Melissa watched her own mother achieve professional success while also carrying the stress that comes from having too much on her plate and not enough support. That experience became one of the inspirations behind creating a business that helps families find relief, reduce stress, and spend more quality time together.

What makes this work so meaningful is that no two clients are alike.

Every person who reaches out has a different combination of responsibilities, goals, and challenges. Sometimes what people need most is simply someone dependable who can step in and help make life a little easier.

One of the most rewarding parts of providing concierge support for busy families is the variety of meaningful projects we get to be part of. Some tasks may seem small on paper, but they often represent something much bigger in a client’s life.

Over the years, we’ve helped:

• Order a custom window seat bench cushion
• Coordinate replacement cabinet doors for a home renovation
• Downsize storage units for an ex-pat moving internationally
• Help an elderly client settle her husband’s estate
• Assist with a complex industry contest entry
• Preserve over 200 years of family history and memories
• Create a photo slideshow for a couple’s 50th anniversary
• Support a widow through the difficult logistics that follow sudden loss

At the heart of every project is the same goal: helping someone feel less overwhelmed and more supported.

A Book Inspired by This Journey

A few years ago, Melissa had the inspiration to turn many of these experiences and ideas into a book. What started as a passion project slowly became something deeply personal: a reflection on organization, support, life management, and the importance of pursuing meaningful goals.

The book was written while balancing business ownership, pregnancy, motherhood, and everyday life, which, in many ways, made the message even more meaningful.

The experience reinforced something Melissa had seen throughout her years working with clients: most people have goals, dreams, projects, and priorities that often get pushed aside because daily responsibilities take center stage.

Although the process took longer than expected, every bit of effort was worth it to finally bring the book to life.

The message behind it is simple: having help matters.

Most people have something important sitting quietly in the back of their minds. A goal. A creative project. A business idea. A home project. A life transition they know they need to tackle.

But finding the time, energy, and space to begin can feel nearly impossible when life is already overflowing.

That’s where support can make all the difference.
