A Personal Concierge is someone who helps with different projects in businesses and homes. Personal Concierge specialize in areas such as Home Management, Small Business Assistance, and Errand Running. It is a growing industry which has been around for about 20 years.
Most of Here For You Concierge's clients are small business owners, who we help in their homes and home offices. We help clients by sending emails, making phone calls, managing projects, setting appointments, coaching on using new devices, and running errands around town. Each of our clients have their own set of unique needs, and we work hard to personalize our services around them. We love to help clients have more time and less stress.

A personal concierge goes far beyond making reservations for guests at a hotel. We provide services such as running errands, personal shopping, hostess assistance, purchasing and wrapping gifts, as well as household management. Some clients use a personal concierge as a traditional personal assistant. Others use concierge to work on more creative tasks for their homes and businesses.
Yes, there are restrictions to concierge services. Concierge only provide services that are legal and ethical. Here For You Concierge does not provide childcare, cleaning services, medical in home care, or transportation to clients. When we cannot directly provide a specific service, we will work to find the best person for the job and square away the details so that you can relax!
Concierge work where clients need them. This could include homes, home offices, retail locations, office complexes, on site at an event, at a booth in a trade show, or even virtually.
Our Clients have a need for more time and less stress. We work with single people, families, couples, and senior citizens. Our clients are people who feel overwhelmed trying to get everything done on their to-do list. They may be going through a major life change that is also causing stress. Sometimes we all just need an extra set of ears, eyes, hands, and a voice of reason.
The cost of personal concierge service will depend on how many hours you require. Some of our clients work with us on an as needed basis and others prefer to have weekly help on their projects. Your rate of service will be dependent on the type of tasks requested, the frequency requested, and the distance traveled from Zip Code 18049. Cost of items purchased on your behalf will be billed in addition to price of services provided.
When you are ready to schedule a consultation, simply give us a call. If we have a match during the consultation, you can sign up as a new client. You will be asked to sign a client contract outlining company policies. Then we will schedule your first appointment at your home or business.
